While playing high school and college football Brad learned that teamwork is extremely important to be successful. Throughout Brad’s 25 years in construction, he has been focused on developing lifelong relationships with both employees and clients. These relationships have developed trust and respect, and ensured the safe, on time, and quality projects that all stake holders can count on.

Chief Operating Officer / Co-Owner

Dave began in construction over 20 years ago working as a laborer. With the desire to continue learning, Dave began to take on new roles from operating equipment to eventually running operations. After 17 years working on Department of Defense projects, Dave chose to break away to pursue developing a general contracting company alongside Brad.
